1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all first-time purchases. If ConsentBase Pro does not meet your expectations or works incorrectly on your website, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Submit your request via email to info@papepo.uk within the 30-day window.

Provide your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase.

(Optional but appreciated) Tell us why the product didn’t work for you, so we can improve it.

3. License Deactivation

Once a refund is processed:

Your License Key will be immediately and permanently deactivated.

Access to Pro features, automatic updates, and technical support will be terminated.

You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Pro plugin from your WordPress sites.

4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

After the 30-day window: No refunds will be issued after 30 days have passed since the purchase.

Abuse of Policy: If we detect a pattern of “buy-and-refund” behavior or unauthorized distribution of our software.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a credit card chargeback before contacting our support team, your account and all associated licenses will be blacklisted immediately.

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed via Stripe. Once approved, the funds usually take 5-10 business days to appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.
