2. Refund eligibility
Email info@papepo.uk within the 30-day window.
Include your order ID and the email address used for the purchase.
If you can, tell us why the product did not work for you, so we can improve it.
3. Licence deactivation
Once a refund is processed:
Your licence key is immediately and permanently deactivated.
Access to Pro features, automatic updates, and technical support ends.
You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Pro plugin from your WordPress sites.
4. Exceptions
After the 30-day window, no refund is issued.
Abuse of the policy, including a pattern of buy-and-refund or unauthorised distribution, is refused.
If you start a card chargeback before contacting support, the account and its licences are blacklisted.
5. Processing time
Refunds are processed via Stripe. Once approved, funds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on the original payment method, depending on your bank.
