1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using ConsentBase Pro (the “Software”) provided by Papepo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Licence grant and usage
Single and multi-site licence: your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on the number of domains in your plan.
Lifetime access: “lifetime” means the lifespan of the product. We provide updates and support for as long as ConsentBase Pro is actively maintained.
You may not sub-license, resell, lease, or redistribute the Software, even for free. Reverse engineering or bypassing licence verification is prohibited.
3. Automatic updates and support
We provide over-the-air updates so the plugin stays compatible with current WordPress versions and security standards.
Technical support is provided by email at info@papepo.uk for active licence holders. We do not support third-party conflicts or server issues outside our control.
4. Payments, refunds and taxes
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).
You are responsible for any local taxes or duties.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in ConsentBase Pro, including code, design, and branding, remain the property of Papepo. Your purchase is a licence to use the Software, not ownership of it.
6. Limitation of liability
ConsentBase Pro is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of data, downtime, or legal non-compliance, arising from use of the Software. You are responsible for making sure your website meets local privacy laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate your licence and access to updates immediately if you violate these Terms, including unauthorised distribution or a fraudulent chargeback.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
