By purchasing, downloading, or using ConsentBase Pro (the “Software”) provided by Papepo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Software.
2. License Grant & Usage
Single/Multi-Site License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of domains specified in your purchased plan.
Lifetime Access: “Lifetime” refers to the lifespan of the product. We commit to providing updates and support as long as ConsentBase Pro is actively maintained and developed.
Prohibitions: You may not sub-license, resell, lease, or redistribute the Software (even for free) to any third party. Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass license verification is strictly prohibited.
3. Automatic Updates & Support
Updates: We provide automatic “Over-the-Air” (OTA) updates to ensure compatibility with the latest WordPress versions and security standards.
Support: Technical support is provided via email (info@papepo.uk) for active license holders. We do not provide support for third-party conflicts or server-side issues beyond our control.
4. Payments, Refunds & Taxes
Payments: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
Refunds: Our refund policy is governed by our separate Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).
Taxes: You are responsible for any local taxes or duties applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to ConsentBase Pro, including code, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Papepo. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the Software.
6. Limitation of Liability
ConsentBase Pro is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages (including loss of data, website downtime, or legal non-compliance) arising from the use or inability to use our Software. It is your responsibility to ensure your website meets local privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to updates immediately if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized distribution of the Software or initiating a fraudulent chargeback.
